What that means is if you lose your hard drive you would simply need to re-download the software from our site and re-register it with the registration information you were sent with your purchase. In the unfortunate event that your house were to burn down and you lost your registration information you could contact us and we would have your purchase emails resent to you.

How long does it take to get my registration information?
